1. Delivery Timeline

To help you estimate when your order will arrive, please refer to the formula below:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping (Transit) Time.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CET) – Central European Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding German public holidays.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or the link provided in our email.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

  • Inspection: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us at hello@slobaray.com within 48 hours. Please include photos of the package and the damaged item.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to our support team within 14 days of the marked delivery date.

7. Delivery Address & Delays

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Slobaray is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Potential Delays: While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs processing, or postal disruptions. We will assist you with updates should any significant delays occur.
