At Slobaray, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and fair return process. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your purchase.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

3. Return Process: Step-by-Step

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our support team at hello@slobaray.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any address on the package without prior authorization.
  • Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it to our designated return center in Germany.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Timeline: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take 3–7 business days for your refund to be officially posted.

6. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately at hello@slobaray.com, providing photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, and the standard return process will apply.

8. International Returns Notice

Slobaray serves customers primarily in the United States, and we operate internationally. Please be aware that:

  • International Shipping: Return shipping from the U.S. to our facility in Germany may incur international postal rates.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
